Symphonic discoveries

Abstract expressionism is at the core of all Simone’s work as she delves into the her own sense of self and the complexities of life through colour, form and expression. She believes that layers have the power to create depth and dimensionality. And it’s through layering that she’s able to process the intricacies and narratives of human experience. The abstract artwork was made after solo art residency in France 2023 as reflection of her time spent there. This abstract expressionist painting has many layers as well as mixed mediums adding to the depth of what she explored within herself. Eluding to the profound journey of self-discovery.
